Affiliate Disclosure
I want to be straight with you about how Amazing Herb Garden makes some money to support my efforts, because trust matters more to me than anything else on this site.
The short version
Some of the links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, I may earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you. You pay exactly the same price you would have paid anyway. That small commission helps cover the running costs of the site (hosting, tools, the time that goes into growing and testing herbs) and keeps the guides here free to read.
How affiliate links work
An affiliate link is simply a special link that lets a retailer know you arrived from Amazing Herb Garden. If you go on to buy, the retailer pays me a small percentage of the sale as a thank-you for the referral. It changes nothing about your price, your delivery, or your rights as a customer.
I only ever link to products and shops I think are genuinely worth your time.
Amazon
Amazing Herb Garden is a participant in the Amazon Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a way for sites to earn fees by linking to Amazon and affiliated sites.
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
Other programmes
Alongside Amazon, I may also recommend products through other affiliate programmes — for example seed suppliers, tool makers and gardening retailers whose products suit beginner herb growers. Wherever a link can earn me a commission, the same honesty rule applies.
My promise to you
- I only recommend products I genuinely rate — things I use, have tested, or would happily suggest to a friend who’s just starting out.
- A commission never buys a recommendation. If something isn’t good, it doesn’t go on the site, no matter what it pays.
- I’ll always be honest about the limits of a product, not just its strengths.
- Where I haven’t personally used something, I’ll say so rather than imply hands-on experience I don’t have.
My aim is for every recommendation to genuinely help you grow healthier herbs — the commission is a bonus that keeps the lights on, never the reason.
Spotting affiliate links on the site
Where a post contains affiliate links, you’ll usually find a short note near the top or alongside the recommendation making that clear. This page is the full version of that disclosure.
